Flamecarmen has danced since she was 18 months old and trained at Jayne A Coleman Academy of Dance.

She represented England at Dance World Cup winning gold, silver and bronze. And also represented Jayne A Coleman Academy of Dance at the All England finals winning gold, silver and bronze too.
